This is it!

YUP! The time has finally arrived! Tomorrow is the day of my registration of marriage. Tomorrow is the day I make it legal!

OMG I'm still shaking thinking about it.

Looking back, I realised how many things I've put off to the very last minute to do. Yes I am a procrastinator. *I can't help it!*
And today, I was frantically looking for all the things I'm still missing for the ROM tomorrow.

But alas, things always find a way to work itself. Everything's done by 7pm. I'm just glad that it is done. I can now relax (or not!) and wait for the morning of 30th Dec 2009.

To those coming to my ROM, thanks very much for gracing my ROM with your presence. I know you guys make the sacrifices... muaks!

I dunno why, but this song keeps playing in my mind - "I finally found someone" by Bryan Adams & Barbra Streisand.

I Finally Found Someone

I finally found someone, who knocks me off my feet,

I finally found the one, who makes me feel complete

It started over coffee,
We started off as friends,

Its funny how from simple things,

The best things begin

This time its different, (nah nah nah nah)

Its all because of you, (nah nah nah nah)

Its better than its ever been,

Cause we can talk it through...

My favorite line,
Was can i call you sometime?

Its all you had to say,

To take my breath away.

Chorus:
This is it,
Oh i finally found someone,

Someone to share my life, i finally found the one,

To be with everynight

Cause whatever i do, its just got to be you

My life has just begun, i finally found someone

Did i keep you waiting? i didn't mind.

I apologize. Baby thats fine.

I will wait forever just to know you were mine

You know i love your hair, are you sure it looks right?
I love what you wear, isnt it too tight?

Your exceptional, i cant wait for the rest of my life...

The next post, I will be blogging as a married person, someone's wife, Mrs Foo.
The status is no longer single, but MARRIED.
Shit now I'm really scare and shivering. Help!

*fingers crossed* I hope everything goes smoothly tomorrow! Yes I am looking forward to a happy-ever-after (trying not to be cynic here)!

Wedding gift from fiance - Swarovski bracelet

We were in Pavilion on Christmas to do some last minute shopping for the preparation for our ROM, and suddenly, Vincent pulled me into Swarovski and asked me to pick a bracelet.
Hmm it was really weird cause he said these kinda things are always overpriced, so I am truly surprised! My mind was thinking "WTF! Is he freaking pulling my leg?" But his face was freaking serious, and he was very persuasive, so I said OK! LoL!

He said I needed to get myself a nice bracelet for the ROM, and he picked up this bracelet with a black round crystal in the middle.
I tried it on but didn't really like it. Freaking RM350 for a small bracelet like that?! Hmm not really the kinda money I want to spend now. So we left.

But we turned back! Hahaha! Vincent insisted to get something nice for ROM, so he told me to get it and asked me to give it one more chance.
Fine, I decided to go back and see if there is anything else.

Then I saw IT! The tiny black bracelet! It was so cute! I tried it on, and I love it! And next thing I know, Vincent is already paying for it!
And home it goes, my first ever Swarovski bracelet!

The code and picture of the bracelet it stuck at the back of the box. Coded stuff.

A small cerficate that came along with the book. They have cleaning service, but only for the crystal.

My ROM bracelet! Will be wearing this for the first time at my ROM this Wednesday to sign the registration papers.

Back home, I kept asking why did he buy this for me. He finally said that it is from him, a wedding gift, to me. Hehehe so sweet! I got a wedding gift from my fiance!

This is a close up picture of the crystal. It is a cat! Hahaha! Yes I don't really like cats (I'm a dog person), but they have nothing else that catches my eye.
And the cat is cute (and not obvious). So I thought "what the hell" and got it!

Thanks to my fiance for the sweet gesture! I really love it and treasure it.
I know he thinks these stuff are overpriced and he is just getting this for me cos I wanted it! Thanks darling! Muaks!

Crazie Hen's Night

With my Registration of Marriage (ROM) approaching, my dear colleagues threw me a Hen's Night on 19th Dec 09. One of the best night outs with Rock Chic, Shy Flirt, Karma Bitch and Jeebra! My fellow bitches!

Kicked off the night at this restaurant that serves babi in Changkat. Awesome food, cool hang out. The restaurant even treated us to a shot on the house when we were done! Cool huh?! LOL!

That's us with the strikingly-attention-grabbing ribbon on our neck, lamely (quote Shy Flirt) worn as choker around our neck. But then again, I find those ribbons very cute, with hugs and kisses written all over it! And they got me a white ribbon headband!

Obvously, the bunch of psychos decided to play a game. It was a game on how much I know my "punai" (LOL don't ask me what punai is). They sent a list of questions to Vincent and got him to answer it so that they can quiz me on how good I know my fiance. I "aced" it with a score of 10.5 our of 15! (well I'd say it was 11.5 out of 15 if Rock Chic has not cheated!). Then I got this cute-fancy certificate signed by them. Thanks guys! I really like my scratch-and-win paper!

What is a night out without dancing like crazeee?! We headed on to Envie. It was pretty quiet when we got there, so it was picture time since I've complained on how little pictures we have on our clubbing days. For once, I wanna go home with loads of pictures to choose and select from OK. And I got what I wish! LOL! It was cam-whoring for us.

Us on the dance floor. Shy Flirt is still caught up with Karma Bitch's expression in this picture. Don't isk isk isk bitch!

Acting dumb and fooling with each other's assets LOL!

More pictures and awesome time together.

It was a fun night out with the girls. No stripper cos Karyn refused to strip for me (nya ma)!
Thanks girls for the night! I really appreciate it. Lap lap all! Muaks muaks! Hugs hugs!

Xmas gift to fiance

Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle all the way! Merry Christmas everyone!
The Xmas spirit is so high! OMG! LOL!

We have been very busy with the renovation of the house, and I really think we need to pause it to really enjoy this festive season. So to get with the season, I've decided to get a small gift for my fiance. After all, it is my last present to my fiance.
Next year onwards, it's gift for HUSBAND.

The only thing I can think of to get for him is this season's Manchester United jersey for him.
He has wanted this for a long time but we just didn't have the time to get it.
And since it will be a surprise for him, I can only get it during lunch time.

21st Dec 09: 1st day of the mission - Went to Pavilion's Nike to look for it. They ran out of size M. Dammit! So I went to Stadium and they too ran out of size M. Fark!

22nd Dec 09: 2nd day of the mission - Went to Sungai Wang's Al Ikhsan to get it. Saw the jersey in size M and was so excited, but my relief was shortlived. The salesperson burst my bubble saying that it was a training jersey, and they too ran our of size M for MU jersey. OMG double fark! I asked him for help and he sensed my desperation, so he made a few calls to Al Ikhsan branches in Ampang, Puchong and Damansara. Alas! He found it in Damansara!
I begged him to get it transported to KL by tomorrow and he said OK! YAY! Problem solved!

23rd Dec 09: 3rd day of the mission - Was at the bank until 1.40pm and ran all the way to Sungai Wang. Yes! The dude remember me and kept my reservation safe!

I have to say... It was not an easy task getting an MU jersey size M. Piece of advise to those looking for jersey in size M... Apparently, it is very high in demand.
Suggestion for early reservation is totally recommended.

I gave the present to him on 23rd Dec 09 at night. He loves it!! He really likes it! He tried it on and it fits perfectly! Yay! Mission accomplished!

Merry Christmas darling!

Company Xmas Party 2009

On the 4th of December 2009, our company held its annual dinner. We used to have month end drinks where we drink like nobody's business, but this year, all these are cut back. So for this annual dinner, rumors were flying around that they were gonna drain the whole supply.

The theme for this year is Arabian Night. Let your imagination run wild... Be it Genie, "ninja", camel, etc. The party was held in Parkroyal. Let me just say that we were banned from this hotel for 1 year cos we made a hell of mess one of the Xmas party! LOL!

My fellow bitches, Rock Chic and Shy Flirt.

The dancers they hired for the night. They are both below 20! And they can really shake their hips! Needless to say, the dudes went crazy looking at them!

Some of the pictures with the rest of my colleagues. As you can see, most of them took the effort to go with the theme. I on the other hand, bought my dress from an online blog just 3 days before the party hehehe!

This Xmas party marks my 1st year anniversary of staying sober hahaha! YAY! The last time I got pissed drunk and a bad hangover was the company's Xmas party 2008. This year, I was so sober that I managed to drive home myself!

Cheers!

The Ship

We were looking for a well-deserved dinner after a long day of cleaning the new place. Since we were both in the mood for some Western food, we decided to go to The Ship.

I have no idea why we always come back to The Ship to satisfy our Western craving LOL! I guess we are just some boring ol' a$$ho** hahaha!

The appetizer - My favourite! I love just plain bread with butter. They taste so much better than those fancy breads out there.

Seafood Tom Yam - RM9.90

Chicken A'la Kiev - RM21.90. The fried bread crumbs on the outer layer of the chicken was a little too much for Vincent.

Mixed Grill - RM 33.90. I ordered this purely out of gluttony LOL! I get to tried almost everything they have to offer. In this platter, they have beef, chicken, lamb, sausage, ham and a sunny side up! Yummy! Really worth it for those big eater.

C-Jade Express

I used to think that this place is like a fastfood outlet... Whereby you have to queue to get your own food. That is why I've never visited this place. After a round of shopping, I just wanna sit, relax and chill. I don't wanna waste my energy to wait, queue and wait again. So when I found out that we don't have to queue for this place, I OK-ed it.

Yet another one of the HK-based restaurant that serves HK dishes and the deco is HK-style.

The menu - Very economical... Just a piece of paper on the table.

HK ever famous Cart Noodle - RM7.30

Twin BBQ Meat Rice - RM10.80

They have this standing display at their restaurant. Finger food, and though I would like to try everything, but can't... Sigh...

BBQ Pineapple Bun - RM1.50

Egg Tart - RM1.50

The new Lot 10 foodcourt

For those who haven't already know, the Lot 10 foodcourt downstairs have been under renovation for quite some time. Recently, it has reopened with a breathe of fresh idea (food).

Rumor has it that the chairman of YTL has collected and invited some of the best local food and have them open a stall in this foodcourt.
Some of it includes the Petaling Street porridge, Petaling Street tai chow, Lam mee, beef noodle, etc.

There's just too much to try but we were there after working hours, and most of it were already sold out (!). I saw the lam mee stall is still open for business, so I decided on that.
Not a fan of lam mee, but this dish got me wanting for more! It is delicious! Really recommended!

Vincent ordered wan tan mee with roasted duck. I like the wan tan noodle. It somehow feels very "homemade"... not too commercialised.
The duck was just OK.

We will definitely pay a next visit there very soon to try the other offers there. They all look so scrumptious!
